About Mo Saleem and TripleYourT

Hey, I'm Mo Saleem and welcome to TripleYourT.com. Here's a little bit about me:

Back towards the start of 2016, my health was on the floor. I had been backpacking for over 3 months in South East Asia, during which long days (and nights) were spent drinking beers, eating like crap, and hardly sleeping. I was having a great time and stress levels were at an all time low, but I knew that this lifestyle would eventually catch up to me.

Upon getting back home, the repercussions from travelling began to kick in.

I would sleep for 12+ hours at a time. At first it seemed like I was just getting over jet lag, but when this carried on past the first month, I knew something was up. Even when I was awake I was tired. Not only that, but the 3 months of drinking 8-12 beers every day had really taken a toll on my belly. My waist measured at 38 inches across.

I was 24 years old, still living with my parents, depressed, unhappy with my body, and had no clear direction moving forward. Something had to give.

While browsing the internet one day, I came across an article about testosterone and it seemed like I was experiencing all of the symptoms associated with having low levels of it. Curious, I decided to get my levels checked:

My total testosterone was 564 ng/dL, well within the lab's reference range. Why then was I still experiencing so many of the side effects of low T?

Well, it turns out that the reference range is not an accurate measure of whether your T levels are within the average limits or not. Upon further research, I came across a study that broke down average testosterone levels based on age. According to that, my T levels were below the average for men more than twice my age.

Crap.

After recovering from the initial shock, I dove head first into a plethora of research, articles, and magazines scrounging for the information to help me bring my T levels up to where they should have been. I soaked in all that I could and began to implement changes in my lifestyle and diet. I gave myself 90 days before going to get my levels tested again.

3 months later, and my testosterone levels were 60% higher:

By making simple changes in how I ate, moved, and slept, my body's natural testosterone production skyrocketed from 564 ng/dL to 902 ng/dL.

As a result, my outlook on life has dramatically shifted, I'm stronger and leaner than I've ever been before, and I wake up everyday with an energy and purpose to express my highest self.

As Abraham Maslow tells us:

"What a man can be, he must be. They must be true to their own nature. This need we may call self-actualization...It refers to the desire for self-fulfillment, namely, to the tendency for him to become actualized in what he is potentially. This tendency might be phrased as the desire to become more and more of what one is, to become everything one is capable of becoming."

Naturally achieving testosterone levels above a particular range is a sure-fire signal that everything in your mind and body is functioning towards peak potential.

The problem is, modern society has developed in a way that has led to the complete downshift in our T. Studies show that the average man today produces anywhere from 20-30% less testosterone than the average man did just two decades ago.

The reasons for this population wide decline are diverse (obesity epidemic, processed foods, environmental toxins, etc) but can largely be narrowed down to unhealthy eating, a lack of exercise, sleep deprivation, and elevated stress levels. Optimizing for these areas has the opposite effect.

The purpose of Triple Your T is to provide men with the knowledge, tools, resources, and strategies to naturally increase their testosterone levels way above the normal range for males.

Testosterone is the cornerstone of male health and a major driving force in your overall quality of life. Naturally increasing your levels will not only get your health in check, but it will also set the foundation for you to express yourself fully in every other area of your life as well.
