Rewind back to the start of 2016, and my health was on the floor.

Because almost everything, all external expectations, all pride, fear of embarrassment and failure, all these things fall way in the face of death. Remembering you're going to die, is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose."  

And honestly?

That changed me. I couldn't help thinking how short life can be. One minute, you're here, and then, bam, it's over. No warnings. No second chances. You're dead. 

That's what happened to Steve Jobs a few years after he gave that speech. But Jobs lived a life of impact and was truly able to offer his gifts to the world during his fifty six short years. 

And I couldn't help wondering... if I died today, would my life have even mattered?

Someone once told me the definition of Hell:

The last day you have on earth, the person you became will meet the person you could have become.

There was a HUGE gap between the man I was and the man I knew I was capable of being.

I didn't know the first thing about what caused my sub-optimal testosterone, so I went on a mission to find out EXACTLY how to fix it.

Testosterone replacement therapy is not the answer

It's amazing how many guys are opting for testosterone replacement therapy rather than correcting the lifestyle factors that got them 'low T' in the first place.

This is just sad.

Do you really think it's wise to address SYMPTOMS while ignoring the ROOT CAUSE?

Once you start injecting synthetic testosterone, your body shuts off its own natural production. It's the same with gels, pills, and pellets:
